I had to retrain myself (as the in-home therapist constantly reminded me to)! At first I got one word response, then kept acting 'stupid'....and 2 words arrived etc etc. Kinda like pull taffy....ever stretching the words out of his mouth. <BR/><BR/>How true...it is so much simpler and quicker to just 'do it, give it and say it' for them.
