Primigravida means a mom who is in ...I'm confused. Primigravida means a mom who is in her first pregnancy, it doesn't indicate the age of the mom. A mom could be16 years old and be primigravida. Though primagravida does sound OLD for some reason. I was a primagravida at age 20.
